Hello Neighbor 2 drops you into Raven Brooks to investigate the creepy inhabitants of a quiet town. You play as Quentin, a journalist trying to solve the mystery of disappearing children, which leads straight back to Mr. Peterson’s infamous house. You need to sneak into homes and find clues to piece together a disturbing puzzle the community is trying to hide. The entire town is your sandbox with environmental puzzles and residents who want their secrets buried. The artificial intelligence in this game is different from older stealth games. It builds a vibe of tension where an approach which worked at once can fail the next. So, you have to keep changing. Unlimited access to an open world paired with a smarter type of AI makes you feel like you’re being reminded by someone of your past attempts at trying to trick them.
